Paintings

Each painting, drawing and sculpture is unique and carefully and made. I prefer clean lines in many of my paintings but occasionally I like to loosen up my brush strokes a bit. Nature is my favorite subject for painting, be it birds or trees or a stylized landscape scene. Painting from an unusual perspective and choosing colors that are bold are very enticing to me. I often have an intense palette and generally have an intensely colored outfit when I am finished. Hours pass quickly when I am being creative. Sometimes it seems I look down to begin and when I look up it is 3 hours later. I may spend many hours and sometimes days or weeks working on one piece.
